Real Estate Lease Administrator - Hartford HealthCare

Description:

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting Hartford HealthCare and its entities� Real Estate portfolio.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting and creating lease documents, abstracts, amendments, and other real estate document
2. Managing the administration of the lease process, including but not limited to: initiation of transactions, document processing, lease database input, processing financial lease analysis, and the tracking/reporting of each lease transaction.
3. Interpret leases and the ability to identify potential conflicts in lease or high risk /compliance issues
4. Work with key strategic real estate stakeholder departments such as Legal, Risk Mgmt., Finance, Compliance, Tax department, and others
5. Calculate and reconcile annual CAM reconciliations for each of the properties, and identify any potential savings or discrepancies. Create property budgets
6. Perform complex financial and rent analytics. Perform historical audits.
7. Conduct moderate to high level lease and property research
8. Process and review leases, assignments, estoppels and subordination agreements for accuracy

Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree in related area or would consider 10 or more year experience in a corporate real estate environment in lieu of a degree. Bachelor Degree or higher is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent Corporate Real Estate experience. Prior Financial Analyst and/or legal experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
� Strong Excel skills, including the ability to organize data, enter formulas, and create reports
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
� Strong general technology knowledge
� Proven ability to provide support to multiple users with varying needs
� Proven experience building and maintaining relationships
� Strong attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
� Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once
� Proven analytical problem solver
� Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
